The Sky is Falling

Last Tuesday night we went out to view the Perseids.....a meteor shower seen from late July through mid August, but the peak viewing is August 12 from 12-5 am. We decided to go out about 10:30...still a bit early to see meteors, but just after 11 they really got going!
Can you tell that they were absolutely thrilled with me snapping pictures in complete darkness....Corey kept saying "Oh! MY EYES!"

They kept getting closer and closer to a corn field, so I made them look from the car. Riley sneaked up through the sun roof:
