Well, if you eat enough of these...that's what you'll be doing!
I got this recipe over at Pioneer Woman,
Sea Salt Chocolate Truffles. I skipped the sea salt and added a
smidge over a 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract. Her instructions are awesome so head on over there and then come back!
Melt 8 oz each of semi and bittersweet chocolate (I used
Ghiradelli chips)...over a double boiler or a big pot and a
Pfaltzcraft bowl.

Add a can of sweetened condensed milk.

Let it melt and then add 1 Tbs vanilla and 1/4 tsp peppermint (or raspberry or a little Starbucks Via...
ooohhh Doggie!)

Let it set over night and then
roll into 1/2" balls.

Melt up some almond bark, more chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, roll in sprinkles, cocoa powder, nuts...whatever you want! I dipped mine in chocolate and then sprinkled crushed candy canes on top.....YUM!

This recipe makes a TON...I was seriously sick of them so I stuck the last few back in the freezer to chill up and then in a zip lock until I want to use them again)
